Satsuki Kiryuin is one of the main female characters of the series, who serves as an antagonist of sorts early on.
She’s the proud ruler of Hanouji Academy and rules over the school and organization with an iron fist. But there’s more to her personality than meets the eye in the anime’s plot.

She’s a success-minded individual, and this is a trait shared with Satsuki Kiryuin.
There’s also another side to her that is revealed down the line similar to Satsuki also.
2. Saber (Fate Franchise)
Saber is a knight, and a reincarnation of King Arthur, basically (as a female instead). She’s a proud woman who takes her sword practice seriously, is a driven person, and likes to engage in good habits on a daily basis.
Saber doesn’t hold back even if she’s training up someone else in sword practice and is a hard teacher who is able to push others to do better and become better.
When she’s not being serious, Saber comes across as wholesome and an absolute glutton when it comes to food and stuffing her face.
As a knight, she has the highest morals and ethics.
3. Mirellia Q Melromarc (Shield Hero)
The queen herself from Shield Hero. You might think what’s similar about her compared to Satsuki, but it’s really their demeanour and how they carry themselves as people.
She has morals and ethics unlike other characters in Shield Hero in her family, and actually does her job and takes the ethical part of it very seriously.
She’s not one to lower her standards for some cheap reward or be short-sighted for a temporary, petty victory.
4. Krul Tepes (Owari No Seraph)
Krul Tepes might be the queen in the Owari No Seraph series (a legitimate queen), but she’s one with a good heart despite being part of the vampire race.
She has a change of mind of sorts, we’ll say. And she’s able to see the bigger picture in things instead of getting caught up in minor details or being overly pedantic about nonsensical things.
She has an attitude about her that is similar to Satsuki Kiryuin.
5. Koko Hekmatyar (Jormungand)
Koko Hekmatyar is the leader of a group in her arms-dealing company, of which she makes millions and is a millionaire.
She grew up in the arms dealing business, giving her a unique perspective on life, people, politicians, warlords, and people’s desire to kill, steal, and do the most disingenuous shit for power with the backing of weapons and military equipment.
Generally, Koko is upbeat, energetic, extroverted, and can get along with everyone. She knows how to lead and anyone who follows her is sure to have a good time and an enjoyable life despite the nature of the business and what comes with it.
6. Maki Zenin (Jujutsu Kaisen)
Maki is a confident Jujutsu Kaisen character, and one others look up to like Nobara Kugisaki.
She has the skills to pay the bills with a sword, a staff, or any kind of weapon she can get her hands on to utilise her strengths and abilities in battle.
It’s Maki Zenin’s attitude and character that makes her most likeable in my eyes, and she shares traits with Satsuki in a few of these ways.
7. Crusch Karsten (Re:Zero – Starting Life In Another World)
Out of the four royal candidates to be chosen as the new ruler, Crusch is one of the more likeable and even ethical of the bunch.
You can think of Crusch as a more mature version of Erza Scarlet and one who has business acumen, is shrewd, strategic, and very logical when planning and outlining what needs to be done to succeed.
She’s also a pleasant person once you get to know who she is, and is one of the best female anime leaders there is (like Satsuki).
8. Yoruichi Shihoin (Bleach)
Yoruichi is the previous captain of the stealth force in Bleach, and the one who Soi Fon, a powerful assassin and soul reaper captain admires.
As the only female character in Bleach who can turn herself into a cat while also having a human, soul reaper form, she’s unique by design.
She’s also the fastest and easily one of the most strongest Bleach characters in the franchise with a good head on her shoulders and snark to go with it.

9. Alice Nakiri (Food Wars)
And finally, the cousin of Erina from Food Wars – Alice Nakiri. She also has a similar personality to Satsuki Kiryuin.
In this case, Alice is less arrogant compared to Erina but does have the same sense of self-confidence, pride, and self-respect that allows her to compete at the highest level and push herself to new heights.
Alice loves to differentiate herself, be creative, and stand out and isn’t the type to follow the lead of others. She’d rather lead the way instead and walk her own path.
