2021 is coming to an end in less than a month! It’s been an absolute mad year for anime and life in general.
Instead of talking about hot anime girls, beautiful anime girls, or waifu’s in general (which has been done here), I thought I’d do one focusing on 2021.
So this is a list for that (attraction).
Anime genres include:
- Action.
- Sci-FI.
- Supernatural.
- Shounen.
- Magic.
- Harem.
- Ecchi.
And anime genres that crossover well with those mentioned.
Attractive Anime Girls 2021:
1. Snow (Combatants Will Be Dispatched!)
Snow is one of the main characters of Combatants Will Be Dispatched. Even though not all of the other characters are upstanding people, Snow is blunt.
She only cares about one thing, and that’s money. The goal or idea of making more money is enough to sway this woman.
She’s all about the money and stands on those beliefs.
Since the anime is written by the Konosuba author, Snow acts as a replacement for “Aqua” with close ties to her personality.
2. Shion (Tensei Slime S2)
Shion is one of Rimuru’s high ranking members. She’s with Rimuru almost everywhere he goes, and is easily one of the strongest alongside Rimuru.
She’s the “Yandere” type. Protective of those she claims or has feelings for. And will ride or die until the wheels fall off.
A suit is her choice of fashion.
Her sword is similar in size to Ichigo’s Zanpakuto in Bleach. And Shion is ironically quite tall just like Ichigo.
3. Vladilena Milize (Eighty Six)
Vladilena, or “Lena” for short is one of the more prominent female characters in 2021. Not just from a beauty stand point, but for how well written she is.
In this anime filled with racism and discrimination, Lena takes a step into the lives of those who are poor and enslaved. And her privilege gets a reality check.
Being the person she is she’s determined to make a difference and doesn’t let hardship be an excuse when there’s a bigger goal she’s striving to achieve.
The anime 86 (Eighty Six) has been dominating ever since it was released. With weekly ratings and popularity easily being in the top 10 consistently.
4. Aika S. Granzchesta (Aria The Benedizione)
Aika is originally from the Aria The Animation series. She’s also in the latest movie that dropped December 2021.
As an undine Aika is well put together, and is a leading example to others around her.
She can be slightly snappy and irritated, but she demands excellence and has high standards in her work and in general.
Aika is of course one of the many gorgeous female anime characters in Aria’s franchise.
5. Hana Yurikawa (Mieruko Chan)
Hana Yurikawa is Miko’s best friend, they’re always together seemingly. And this is especially true in school.
Unlike Miko, Hana is airheaded, a bit of klutz, but is too optimistic and kind to not be a likable character.
It’s her silliness that adds to her characters charms, as well as the anime’s overall comedy and comedic episodes.
She’s the hottie of the series.
6. Eve Reese (Redo Of Healer)
Eve Reese is the black haired demon lord who shows up later in Redo Of Healer. Unlike other girls, she doesn’t allow herself to be influenced sexually.
Eve has moral standards and strength given her position as a potential demon lord, and her past experiences have made her wise when it comes to trusting people.
She’s not a famous waifu (the anime rubs people the wrong way), but she’s worth mentioning.
7. Jahy Sama (The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated)
Jahy Sama is a demon. Or as the anime says – the dark realm’s 2nd in command.
She’s one of 2021’s gorgeous brown anime ladies.
In the plot the “dark realm” is destroyed, and Jahy is sent to earth along with many others. And she loses most of her power. It’s the female version of The Devil Is A Part Timer.
Jahy, poor as dirt and powerless, is humbled by her new experiences as she eventually builds her strength back up, and works to restore her original home.
8. Sally Aldarake (Peach Boy Riverside)
Sally from Peach Boy Riverside is the main shounen protagonist of this fantasy series.
She’s privileged, and a princess. Making her background unusual compared to the usual shonen protagonist.
After having her life and her kingdom saved by a blood thirsty killer, she sets out on a journey to see the world and bring discrimination to a minimum where it exists.
9. Halkara (I’ve Been Killing Slimes For 300+ Years)
Halkara is a business woman in this Isekai fantasy series. Despite seeming like an airhead and a cliche blonde with no smarts, in reality she’s the opposite.
She makes medicines, potions, and the like for customers across the country. And has her own factory where they’re produced.
Even in her off time her mind is business focused, always on the lookout for opportunities and ideas she can use for a new product.
10. Rebecca Bluegarden (Edens Zero)
Rebecca Bluegarden is basically Lucy Heartfilia 2.0 in Edens Zero, which is kind of a Fairy Tail 2.0 in itself.
With striking looks similar to Lucy Heartfilia, Rebecca is naturally sexy and appealing. And though not always, the anime makes this point loud and clear.
Rebecca is much smarter than she looks and is the one who pilots the airship around space as she travels with her robot happy.
11. Rin Kashii (Battle Game In 5 Seconds)
Rin Kashii is the red haired Ara Ara woman who’s every bit as dangerous as she appears to be.
Out of the main characters in this series, Rin is among the most ruthless and cunning. And if it means using her beauty to get what she wants, she’ll gladly do it.
She has a unique ability related to sharp objects.
12. Tohru (Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid)
Tohru returned again for a 2nd season of Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid. And she’s designed to be as good looking as ever.
Being a mixture of cute or attractive depending on the occassion, Tohru is a favorite waifu from the series and in the anime community.
She’s also one of the most powerful characters in anime, and that’s not even the main focus of Tohru’s role or the anime’s plot.
13. Komi San (Komi Can’t Communicate)
Komi San has a communication disorder. Because of this she has trouble speaking like a so called normal person would.
In fact she can barely get her words out, and instead creates misunderstandings from her facial expressions.
With the manga being successful over the years, it built up the hype for the series and its characters like Komi.
14. Tōko Sakurai (My Senpai Is Annoying)
In this laid back and wholesome anime My Senpai Is Annoying, Sakurai is the girl in the office who’s nice and kind with everyone.
In a word she’s professional.
This changes as the anime picks up and she starts to show an interest in an unlikely character.
Sakurai’s not a stand out character in a literal sense, but a realistic one portrayed in a slice of life/ comedy setting.
15. Nobara Kugisaki (Jujutsu Kaisen)
Nobara Kugisaki is one of 2021’s hottest anime girls and waifu material that fans have claimed.
She’s classy, non-cliche, confident, sassy, and stands on her own two feet as a character. This is what makes Nobara a sexy character.
She’s well written, just like many female characters in Jujutsu Kaisen, and taking her piece out of the puzzle would cause the anime to fall apart to some degree.
16. Edelgard (How Not To Summon A Demon Lord)
Edelgard is the light brown girl from the original How Not To Summon A Demon Lord. And she makes a return in the 2nd season.
Her strength is clear, and her sex appeal even more so. This is a Harem/Ecchi series so it’s not surprising that it’s blatant.
Even still, she fits the bill and deserves a mention regardless of the anime’s quality overall.
17. Miku (Idaten Deities Know Only Peace)
Miku is the kind of girl who’s attractive to a fault, sexy by design, and of course – much more dangerous and sadistic than is worth the trouble.
She doesn’t have any feelings for those weaker than her, and will manipulate, destroy, and even kill off if it means fulfilling an agenda.
Miku like the others in this anime is a type of demon after all, so it only goes without saying.
She’s probably one of the most intelligent anime character of the year as well, with her natural ability called observational insight.
18. Diva (Vivy Flurorite Eye’s Song)
Diva (or Vivy) is an A.I. A beautiful woman in the form of artificial intelligence. Long blue hair, an almost stoic expression, and a no nonsense personality.
Her mission in life that was given to her is to make people happy and make them smile. She does this through her music, her singing.
The anime takes a somewhat darker turn and she follows a different mission but she pursues it with the same mindset and goals of making people happy.
If we’re talking details, Vivy and the anime itself have the best visuals of 2021.

19. Nino Nakano (Quintessential Quintuplets)
NIno Nakano, one of the 5 quintessential quintuplets of this unique harem series.
Just like with other characters, Nino as a lot of character development from season 1 and season 2.
Nino is the most confident of the sisters, both in how she expresses her looks, and how she presents herself in general.
Ironically she’s also one of the most insecure sisters with a bit of bravado.
20. Emilia (Re:Zero Season 2)
Emilia was the star of the show in the 2nd season of Re:Zero. Rem wasn’t around because she was asleep for the season.
With the sheer amount of character development, backstories, and other major moments with Emilia, it’s hard for anyone to dislike her at this point.
She’s one of the top waifu’s of the year, and has some of the best moments to back it up!
21. Rit (Banished From The Hero’s Party)
Rit is an underrated anime waifu from Banished From The Hero’s Party, an anime still airing in December 2021.
She decides to live it up in the countryside along with Red, her partner. And they both run a a business together.
Rit’s relationship with Red has to be one of the most wholesome there’s been in the industry. No fluff, no cliches, just everything you’d want and expect (and wouldn’t expect).
It’s the whole package.
