As one of the most potent villains of the Soul Eater series, and one who, again, resembles Medusa from fiction, her appearance as well as how she dresses is fit for Halloween.
If she showed up to a Halloween party nobody would be surprised, though they’d need to be considering who she is.
3. Satania Mcdowell (Gabriel Dropout)
Satania McDowell is one of the funniest characters of the series in Gabriel Dropout. She is a devil, no question. Her family are of a devil lineage.
But Satania isn’t evil in the literal sense and is more sarcastic, petty, and an absolute savage in a comedic kind of way.
Her being a devil, and her usual attire and style of dressing make for the perfect Halloween entrance.

4. Rias Gremory (High School DxD)
Rias Gremory is another devil and one with red hair as well. This anime, it’s all about fanservice, beautiful women, curves, oppai, and of course, supernatural powers and a fantasy world.
At the forefront is Rias and her romantic interest in Issei, the MC.
Naturally, she could show up at a Halloween party with her black wings and all, and fit right into the mood of the night.
5. Satan (The Devil Is A Part Timer)
Satan was once the ruler of his world but after being chased out by the hero Emilia, he is forced to live among humans on earth. Even getting his own passport in Tokyo and a job.
He might be weakened but he still has his original devil form, which he could use to walk right into a Halloween party. Especially a party where Chiho Sasaki would be (the love interest of the series).
6. Hollow Ichigo (Bleach)
Hollow Ichigo is the best character from the Bleach series to pull up to a Halloween party. He’d automatically pass the so-called “vibe” check.
In his Hollow form, especially when he’s in control, Ichigo would be one of the major highlights of the night.
In his uncontrolled Hollow form, well, he’d destroy everything and there would be no Halloween to celebrate.
7. Mahito (Jujutsu Kaisen)
Mahito is one of the most chilling characters of the JJK franchise. His appearance, his disfigurement ability, the way he can morph and change his body freakishly, and everything else.
As a character and his persona and disgust, Mahito might be scary enough to chase everyone out of a Halloween party.
And knowing how he is, he’d ruin everything but either way, he’s perfectly dressed since that’s just how he looks in general.
8. Diablo (How Not To Summon A Demon Lord)
Diablo is the harem king of his series. He’s reborn in another world, except he doesn’t die and the world he is transported to is a video game he’s aware of.
The game’s character diablo is who he becomes, which comes with perks like getting all the women and attracting them, even if that’s not his priority.
He’s dressed as the perfect Halloween character and would pass the vibe check since he is a demon lord, and is dressed appropriately.
9. Diva (Blood+)
Diva is the little sister of Saya from Blood+, an anime that aired in the 2000s.
She has glowing blue eyes, especially when she’s angry, hungry, excited, and so on. She is a vampire and not an ordinary one by any stretch of the imagination.
Her unusual blue glowing eyes and vampire’s teeth, if shown, make her an obvious character despite how simple her outer appearance is compared to others on this list of Halloween anime characters.
10. Seilah (Fairy Tail)
Seilah is one of the nine demon gates of Tartaros, making her another relevant character to include as a Halloween figure.
Unlike the other nine demo gates, Seilah is sadistic in the most extreme ways possible. She’s powerful enough to kill someone on the spot but prefers to mercilessly torture them mentally before offing them.
Not the kind of person you’d invite to a Halloween night out!
11. Bel-Peol (Shakugan No Shana)
Bel-Peol is one of the recurring villains in the Shakugan No Shana series, a franchise that is still one of the top-selling light novels of all time.
On top of the anime that made the “Tsundere” trope mainstream.
As a villain, Bel-Peol is laid back, easygoing, calculated, and never gets overly emotional, angry, or loses herself even if the situation doesn’t go in her favour.
She’s very rational, and her third eye and overall outfit make her an obvious choice for a Halloween-type of anime character.
12. Mirajane Strauss (Fairy Tail)
Mirajane Strauss is a normal human woman in her usual form. Beautiful, stunning, a model, kind, empathetic, and very understanding.
She avoids fighting if possible, but when she’s ready she is capable of transforming into a demon. It’s this demon form that makes Mirajane an ideal Halloween anime character.
Also, she has more than one demon form and this is shared with her brother and younger sister.
13. Death (Soul Eater)
The man himself. DEATH is the leader of the academy in Soul Eater. He’s one of the most powerful characters in the franchise, and few would test his patience without the strength to back it up.
His whole presence is “Halloween” at its finest. It’s not a costume, it’s how he looks, it’s how his face looks, and it’s how his body is.
In a Halloween setting, he’d be one of the nicer people compared to others on this list of Halloween anime characters who’d pass with flying colours.
14. Atsuko Kagari (Little Witch Academia)
Atsuko Kagari, also known as “Akko” is the main female protagonist of the series. This slice of life/fantasy series focuses on magic, a school setting where witches learn magic, personal development, and minimal action.
As a character, she is passionate, stubborn, energetic, and persistent. Her casual wear along with many witch friends in her school all fit the Halloween vibe by design.
