Shizuka is the coolest character in Zom 100 and she knows how to dress. She’s stylish but introverted. Quiet, and analytical. Strategic, but can talk too much when she gets caught up in overanalyzing the situation.
She’s also very attractive and brings a lot of logic to the anime’s plot.

6. Doroka (The Kingdom Of Ruins)
Doroka is the pink-haired witch from this anime, but one who isn’t like other witches at all. She’s most similar to Chloe, a prominent witch who died protecting the male MC when he was a kid.
Even though Doroka isn’t the most powerful or skilled when it comes to hand to hand combat, swords, or magic, she does have a powerful “love” magic she can use as a last resort.
She’s the balance the series needs given its brutality, and she brings some level of calm and sanity to the show.
7. Eiko (Dark Gathering)
Eiko is the Yandere of this horror show. And she’s the one who when she’s not acting crazy and having dark desires, is quite calm, cool, easy going, extroverted, and energetic.
She’s positive and has an upbeat personality most of the time.
She’s also the girlfriend of Keitaro, the anime’s male MC who was also cursed along with Eiko.
8. Kyouka Izumi (Bungou Stray Dogs)
Kyoko Izumi is one of the semi-newest members of the organization, introduced and brought in by Atsushi Nakajima who she’s the closest.
She has a similar traumatic past to Akame from Akame Ga Kill and was trained as an assassin from an abnormally young age.
Kyoka is ruthless in combat, has sharp fighting skills, and is fiercely protective of those she cares about.
9. Guild Girl (Goblin Slayer)
In typical fashion, goblin slayer girls don’t have real names. The guild girl with that being said is one of the more gorgeous characters of the year 2023 when it comes to anime.
She manages and runs the guild, everyone reports to her, and of course, her favourite is the man himself Goblin Slayer.
She works hard, has a hustler spirit, and does it all with a smile and a bright attitude.
10. Mitsuri Kanroji (Demon Slayer)
Mitsuri Kanroji is the pink-haired demon-slaying girl with ideas about being in a relationship, but doubts and insecurities about it all. She’s stronger than most women but also has the looks going for her as well.
Mitsuri is naive in some ways, but dedicated in other ways, and she made the Demon Slayer swordsmith arc shine a bit more than it would have otherwise.
11. Chizuru Mizuhara (Rent A Girlfriend)
Even though you might have your own thoughts about Rent A Girlfriend and the quality of the series as each season progresses, one thing can’t be denied about the anime’s female man character.
She’s attractive, gorgeous, and this is why she continues to be a relevant character besides her obvious personality traits and qualities she brings to the series.
12. High Elf Archer (Goblin Slayer)
High Elf Archer, like other goblin slayer characters, might not have a real name, but she is memorable and one of the anime’s favourite characters.
She specializes in arrows and hitting targets from afar, and is a skilled part of the goblin slaying team.
When she’s not irritated, she tends to be laid back and easygoing more than most.
13. Rukia Kuchiki (Bleach Thousand Year Blood War Arc)
Rukia Kuchiki from the 2nd wave of the BLEACH TYBW arc has always been one of the stand-out characters not just for her looks, but also for her character, personality, depth, and contribution to the franchise.
With Rukia’s training and her bankai + her new style, it’s only right she be included on a list of beautiful anime girls in 2023.

Her flaws and strengths are what make Yor attractive as a person and as a character.
16. Miyo Saimori (My Happy Marriage)
Miyo Saimori is the beautiful female protagonist of the series, and everything centres around her. Her upbringing is similar to Charlotte Evans, and she’s made to clean, do chores, and save away despite being part of the family.
Others look down on her and get rid of her for political reasons, but things shift and Miyo gets the so-called “happy ending” she never expected.
She’s calm, and gentle, but very insecure and becomes more confident in herself over time once she meets her husband to be.
17. Tsukasa Tsukiyomi (Tonikaku KAWAII)
Tsukasa is the original waifu from the first season of this anime, with S2 airing in 2023.
She’s the one who famously saves her future husband from death (almost gets Isekai’d) and then the anime turns into a wholesome romance/comedy instead of an Isekai because of truck kun/
Tsukasa is pleasant, mysterious, and one of the most stunning anime girls in 2023.
