She finds a guy who lets her live with him, and everything goes smooth and builds on the story. Especially with how noble the MC is as a character.
Real life is not quite the same though.
A Japanese man in Tokyo let a girl live with him who ran away from home, and it didn’t end up the way it would in an anime.

Anime is FICTION for a reason.
If it happens in an anime, it’s probably not the best idea to do it in real life. Even if it seems noble because it certainly won’t be judged in that context.
