Touma Kamijou is the protagonist from A Certain Magical Index and the side character of the Railgun series.
He’s the level 0 who is more powerful than he should be and is often the type to stick his nose in other people’s business when it comes to matters of the heart (like fighting off bullies, protecting someone from harm, moral issues, etc).
