The term "Anime Motivation" is simple. It's the motivational aspects of anime, or being motivated by anime in some way, shape, or form. If the former, it highlights anime's various roles with life lessons, things you can learn from its characters, concepts like personal development, growth, success, and refusing to give up when things get tough in the pursuit of your goals.''

The latter aspect (being motivated by anime) it's AMV's (anime motivational videos), being pushed to go the gym, workout, and get stronger, live a healthy life, maybe even cook, do sports, or have anime motivate you in some other genuine aspect of your life that has a direct impact on your wellbeing.

Discouragement, apathy, disappointment, lazy, disheartened.
History:
Unlike other glossary and dictionary terms, "anime motivation" has no real history.
