As noticed in the beginning of this action-Isekai Hentai trailer, the two characters can be briefly and mildly seen getting down and dirty.
It then switches scenes to the main character talking in the hallway of a Europeann looking street, and then it cuts to multiple other scenes as it tells the story of the Hentai In Japanese.
Unfortunately there are no subtitles since this Hentai trailer is scarce and of course, it’s not an anime so the regulars like Crunchyroll won’t have access for translation (or any Hentai company yet).

There is no official release date for those who are looking for this type of content, but that will come in time I’m sure.
For now you can salivate at the gorgeous aesthetics, animation, and visuals of this Isekai series in Hentai format…

Apparently, this is only a promotional video for the comic itself. But hopefully, they reconsider when they see the responses to the video.
