Lala is the main character of the series and is also the main female of this ecchi series featuring aliens as a main cast.
She arrives on earth and becomes seemingly obsessed with the MC, who is a typical stereotype of a guy who has no experience with girls and is shy.
Lala is upfront about her feelings, sexually or otherwise, and is often seen either in the nude, half nude, or close enough with the anime’s shameless amounts of fanservice! Making her a fanservice character and NSFW.
3. Flare (Redo Of Healer)
Flare is the princess of the Jioral kingdom. The one who introduces Keyaru to the kingdom and recognizes his talents, only to use, manipulate, drug, r*pe, and abuse him in secret. Leading to the anime’s revenge plot.
On the surface, she is pleasant, beautiful, stereotypically attractive, and kind, but in reality, she’s a menace who abuses her power and is often taking part in the colonisation of demi humans and other groups of people.
She also has NSFW scenes in Redo Of Healer but from a sadistic point of view (and as a victim of revenge).
4. Ayame Kajou (Shimoneta)
Ayame Kajou is the main female character of this ecchi series. The show depicts a world where it’s offensive and illegal to make sex jokes, talk about sex, or anything pertaining to what is perceived as “horny” or “filthy”.
Social justice warriors (police) arrest those who break these laws, and society is forced to wear a GPS collar around their neck that beeps if they utter the wrong words.

5. Bulma (Dragon Ball Version)
Bulma in DBZ, DBGT, or DB Super is a different breed of Bulma all together. That version is classy, smart, pragmatic, intelligent, and has one of the best personalities of all female characters in the anime industry.
BUT the dragon ball version of Bulma, while this version is intelligent, is also more naughty, promiscuous, willing to flash for a favour, and has less moral standards.
This version of Bulma, especially in the UNCENSORED version is an NSFW character without question.
6. Shino Amakusa (Seitokai Yakuindomo)

Lucy Heartfilia is more than just a fanservice character in Fairy Tail and is more than just a female character who is designed to please the eyes.
That said, Lucy is still no doubt an NSFW character or she can be considered this depending on the scene in Fairy Tail.
Lucy is smart, intelligent, has saved her guildmates many times, has unique celestial spirit magic, and is one of the most important FT characters in terms of story and relevance.

9. Kureha Crylet (Redo Of Healer)
Kureha is the swordswoman from Redo Of Healer. She can be compared to someone like Erza Scarlet for her power, strength, class, swordsmanship, and moral code.
At first, she fights Keyaru, but later comes to realize the wickedness happening behind the scenes in the very kingdom she serves to protect (Jioral Kingdom).
She plays a minor role in the anime’s “NSFW” moments and is one of the anime’s most ethical characters.
10. Anna Nishikinomiya (Shimoneta)
Anna is a girl who has been denied her sexual desires, like many in this anime series. In a world where it’s forbidden to engage in anything of the sort, this only makes it worse for those who want to do these things despite the legalities.

Some fans got tired of this in the first season, though in the 2nd season ,she gets some real character development and training to give context to her story, character, and background.

14. Ryuko Matoi (Kill La Kill)
Ryuko Matoi is the female protagonist of the show and the one who is out for revenge for the murder of her father.
She is armed with a pair of scissor blades, but she learns the hard way that being hard headed won’t allow her to reach her goals so easily.
This anime on the surface is filled to the brim with fanservice, but this has a deeper meaning for women in particular and is actually a message of empowerment.

15. Elinalise Dragonroad (Mushoku Tensei)
Elinalise is a special type of elf in the anime of Mushoku Tensei. She is cursed, and it’s this curse that makes her lust for sex and sexual desires so badly.
