Anime is a medium with all types of content. That’s why it’s wrong to claim anime is “just a niche” or any other criticism people love pointing out.
The medium has:
- Slice of life.
- Romance.
- Supernatural.
- Fantasy.
- Shounen.
- Police.
- Space.
- Sci-fi.
- Psychological.
- Comedy.
And so many more, with ECCHI being the main go-to for horny anime or anime with fanservice, lewd scenes, and more.
Let’s talk about it.
Best Horny Anime:
1. Keijo
Keijo is an anime series in a class of its own. Nothing about this Ecchi/sports anime is comparable to other shows because it’s so unique.
You have a bunch of female characters in tight clothes, basically. And all of them play a special kind of sport. A sport played with your ass.
Butt bashing, butt clashing, butt shaking, women of all shapes and sizes…. Keijo is about as horny as an anime can get considering the ridiculousness of it all.
Don’t go into it expecting a world class plot, but do go in expecting tons of fanservice and some wild comedy in a sports setting.
2. Miru Tights
Miru Tights is another horny anime unlike any other out there. It’s all in the name really, and the anime’s shameless about what it does.
So you have a bunch of girls who wear tights. This is where “Miru Tights” comes into the picture.
Anime doing what anime does best when fanservice is the focus. The camera angle focuses purely on thighs, legs, ass, and anywhere near the “tights” area.
This is all done underneath the main plot which is about girls, their friendships, and the usual struggles that come with being a girl in different variations.
3. Ishuzoku Reviewers
Ishuzoku Reviewers was a guaranteed “horny” anime the moment it dropped back in 2020. And the controversy only followed because of the anime’s plot.
It’s about monster girls and brothels. The main male characters visit these brothels full of monster girls, have sex, and then leave a good review of the establishment.
Elf girls, slime girls, demon girls, tentacle girls, the anime is a buffet of fetishes and is clearly made for people with an imagination for those types of fetishes.
The uncensored version of the anime doesn’t hold back either. It’s essentially diet Hentai.
4. How Not To Summon A Demon Lord
How Not To Summon A Demon Lord – that title comes from the fact that “kissing” was part of the ritual. Unknown to the reincarnated main character Diablo, his girls become his servants.
After travelling back to town with these girls (Rem and Shera), the journey and the story starts to unpack itself and the Ecchi starts to show up more often.
In almost every episode there’s something, and the anime takes things a bit further with this element making it a bit more lewd than the average Ecchi series.

5. Campione
Campione is about a regular average guy basically gaining the power of a God. And of course, it’s all accidentally, making him an unlikely lucky bastard.
From there the blonde girl who helps him “win” his battle kisses him, and the anime is full of these sloppy types of kisses from start to finish.
If a kissing type of anime is your cup of tea, and nothing more than that, Campione will probably satisfy. But don’t expect a grand plot out of this one.
6. Haganai
Haganai: I Don’t Have Many Friends seems like a wholesome anime series at first. And it doesn’t seem like it’s the type to be Ecchi or anything of the sort.
The main plot is about lonely people, 2 of which come together to start the neighbours club so they can meet friends and hang out. All to prevent loneliness.
When people start joining the club that’s when things start to evolve from that theme and fanservice, Ecchi scenes, and other elements creep into the episodes.
There still needs to be a 3rd season for continuation’s sake.
7. Food Wars
Food Wars is an anime series about cooking, food, and culinary. But that’s obvious. What’s NOT obvious from the onset is the amount of flesh, skin, and Ecchi this anime dishes out.
Once characters like Soma Yukihira enter a cooking school and compete in competitions, this is where the fanservice begins. And it doesn’t discriminate between genders.
When a character tastes some heavenly food it’s followed by clothes flying off, blushing, moaning, and other emotions that make everything so much more ridiculous, comedic, and even creative than it could have been.
8. Sekirei
This anime starts off in the most cliche way possible. The main character is on his way home after failing exams, and a girl literally falls out of the sky near a set of stairs.
She of course falls on top of the main character, and the two become acquainted as she stays at his apartment.
The term “Sekirei” is about a set of characters who aren’t human, and the fights Sekirei have with each other becomes the overarching theme.
Fanservice and Ecchi aside that is.
9. Senran Kagura
Senran Kagura takes a different route but with a similar amount of fanservice, Ecchi, and lewdness to the anime overall.
It’s an anime about female Shonobi girls. Naturally, they’re designed to be attractive female Shinobi. One of the main Shinobi girls is called Katsuragi who’s 5 ft 5.
While Katsuragi in particular appears to be a pervert, behind this veil is a girl struggling with grief after losing her parents. This becomes an aggressive motivation to become stronger.
Fanservice is a guarantee here.
10. The Hidden Dungeon Only I Can Enter
Kissing is a big thing in this anime and the MC kisses his first girl in episode 1, breaking a usual cliche where this type of thing is delayed or takes forever to come about.
The harem starts piling on and “Kissing” is common throughout.
11. Prison School
Prison School is all in the name, but it’s a prison for perverts and men who’ve broken the rules. They’re not being punished for it.
All the female disciplinary characters are designed with over the top cliches like massive tiddies and things along lines.
Some praise this anime for its comedy, but others not so much. It depends on the type of fan you are and what vibes fit your tastes.
12. World’s End Harem
World’s End Harem (Shuumatsu No Harem) is basically a feminist show but only the most toxic kind when you peel it back.
There’s a virus in this world called The MK virus. MK stands for “man killer”. This is deliberate.
After 99% of the men have been wiped out and killed, only a few remain. These “few” are treated like royalty. Women are literally thirsting for these Men and it’s not surprising to see why.
The dark side to this is the MEN are being taken advantage of but they don’t know it. They’re only allowed to do what they’re told, and leaving the custom built breeding schools is forbidden.
Lots of sex, kisses, rubbing, foreplay, and the whole lot can be seen and witnessed in this 12 episode harem series.
13. Redo Of Healer
Redo Of Healer is the most straightforward anime when it comes to revenge and all things connected to that idea.
Keyaru is been tortured, sexually abused, drugged, and much worse as a teenager. Naturally, his pain and his bloodlust grows over the years.
it gets to a point where he gets the opportunity to redo time through his ability to HEAL, and that’s what he does so he can dial time back and exact his revenge against his abusers.
This aside there are tons of sex, Ecchi scenes, and lewd moments with Keyaru and his gang of women.
14. Triage X
Triage X is Ecchi on steroids. Plenty of bouncy boobs, over the top breast sizes, and it’s all done in a setting of action and adventure. This only makes the whole thing more comical.
The fanservice would be a 10 out of 10 on a rating scale, and you do have some fun and hype moments + characters to nip it all in a bud of entertainment.
15. Shimoneta
Shimoneta is a window into what the real world will look like if SJW’S ever take control and run society as a whole.
The anime feels like a blatant mockery of SJW culture in the West.
In the anime’s timeline, you can be arrested and jailed for making sex jokes. Politicians and the lot claim anyone having these kinds of thoughts needs to be purged and society needs to be “clean and pure”.
Blue Snow, or Ayama Kajou as she’s called intends to change society by making sex and led jokes legal and more acceptable.
This is part of the reason why the anime has fanservice and lewd themes because of the MC, her personality, and the goals she’s working on.
16. Rail Wars
Rail Wars is one of, if not the only police/detective anime series with lots of fanservice, Ecchi, and plenty more. And it’s shameless about doing it as well in true Ecchi style.
The main characters work for the railway system in Japan. You have a male character in the workplace and of course, a few women to complete this harem series.
