As the holy grail war begins, Illyasviel appears cruel, sadistic, wicked and battle-hungry.
But once defeated, she’s fun, energetic, kind and happy. At least towards Shirou Emiya that is.
23. Noire (Black Heart)
Noire is bossy, and a little arrogant at times, but straightforward and doesn’t beat around the bush. And that’s what makes her likeable.
Despite her moody personality, she tends to have her heart in the right place when making decisions.
24. Ulith (L-RIG)
Ulith (or Urith in the Dub) is a dark, cold and sadistic L-RIG from Selector Infected.
She enjoys pain, and suffering, and seeks out battle for the sake of crushing her opponents and gaining pleasure from it.
She’s the L-Rig of Iona in the first season of Selector Infected Wixoss.
25. Uni
Uni has little self-esteem and confidence at the beginning of the Hyperdimension Neptunia anime.
And is seen being bossed around by her older sister at first. But eventually, she gains confidence, courage and becomes more open and outspoken.
She has an energetic personality and would rather avoid fighting if necessary.

BONUS: Najenda (Akame Ga Kill)
